1. Platform Services

StockGoods.com is a B2B wholesale platform for business customers, providing online procurement and trading services for kitchenware and other products. You must register and use the platform as a business entity.

2. Account Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and keep your account password secure. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account. The platform is not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized use of your account.

3. Orders & Transactions

- After placing an order, the platform will confirm availability based on stock. Once confirmed, both parties shall fulfill payment and delivery obligations as agreed.

- Product prices are subject to real-time display on the platform. Bulk order prices may vary based on quantity and are subject to the final contract.

- Payment must be made through supported methods. The platform reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders.

4. Products & After-sales

- Product descriptions and images are for reference only; the actual product shall prevail. If the product received does not match the order, please contact customer service within 7 working days of delivery.

- Return/exchange for non-quality issues requires the buyer to bear return shipping costs. Quality issues are eligible for return, exchange or repair as agreed.

5. User Conduct

You may not use the platform for any illegal, infringing or harmful activities, including but not limited to false information, malicious orders, or intellectual property violations. The platform reserves the right to restrict or terminate accounts for violations.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform only provides transaction facilitation services and is not directly liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, but will assist in resolving issues.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised terms will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
