【Standard Orders】

For in-stock items, we will arrange shipment within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, using standard international logistics channels by default.

【Custom Orders】

For special custom-made products, the production lead time is approximately **7-15 business days**, subject to the confirmed production schedule communicated with you. After shipment, the logistics time will be the same as standard orders.

【Logistics Tracking】

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, which you can use to check the parcel status on the logistics provider's official website.
